EXU is an MQA approved training institution. It started operation in 2021 and has since then carried out courses for corporates and individuals. EXU is part of the Hermes Capital Group and is one of the most innovative and aspiring subsidiaries.
"EXU was a project that we had in mind for years. By constantly managing people, carrying our interviews and analysing the needs of corporates and youngsters, we wanted to create a Business School. Being on the board of directors of various companies, I saw that there is a lack of training for skilled jobs. Added to that, we saw the problems youngsters face while applying for a job or during an interview process. EXU shall position itself as a premium partners for jobs seekers, skilled workers and corporate to help them increase their productivity and enhance their career."
